A short letter about one shirt
Hi — I'm writing this from the desk where Brassrange got drawn up, so it's going to be plain.
Most T-shirts go thin after a season. The neck warps. The hem curls. The color you actually liked fades into a color you don't. You replace the stack, then a few months later you replace it again, and the cycle quietly eats a drawer's worth of money every year.
Brassrange exists to make one shirt that gets out of that cycle. A 240gsm combed long-staple cotton crew. Cut clean across the shoulder. Side-seamed so it doesn't twist after wash. Twin-needle hemmed at the collar, the sleeves and the waist so the edges hold. Garment-washed before it ships, so the size you order is the size you keep.
That is the whole product. There is no second silhouette, no graphic line, no chest logo. The only variations are the colors — Bone, Carbon, Olive, Brass, Navy — and a long-sleeve cut from the same cloth.
Why three colors
One Heavy Crew is $32. Three are $84. The math is deliberate: a small saving when you commit to the way the shirt is actually meant to work — as the rotation in your drawer, not a single experiment. Pick three, wear them through the week, and you'll know within a month whether the weight, the cut and the hems are doing what we say they're doing.
- One product — heavyweight crew, in long-sleeve too
- 240gsm combed long-staple cotton, garment-washed
- 60-day returns, even after wash and wear, if it doesn't hold up
- Plain copy, plain colors, no story about a barn
