Shipping Policy
Brassrange ships from a single US warehouse. We process most orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll get a tracking email the moment the label is scanned.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days in transit, $5 flat
- Free standard shipping on orders over $40 — which means any Three-Color Set ships free, and a single Heavy Long-Sleeve ($42) ships free too
- Expedited (2-day): $14 flat, ordered before 12pm ET ships same day
International
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and most of the EU at a flat $18 standard rate. Transit is typically 7–14 business days depending on customs. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility — your carrier will collect on delivery if owed. We don't mark packages as gifts.
Address & carrier notes
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout — if you spot an error, email support@magentaon.shop within 1 hour and we can usually intercept before the label prints.
- We can't reroute or recall a package once it's in transit; if it bounces back to us, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS only.
Lost, late, or damaged in transit
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or the package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and any photos. We'll either reship at our cost or refund — your call.
Packaging
Everything ships flat in a recyclable poly mailer. The Three-Color Set goes in a single mailer rather than three — less waste, lower cost, the savings are in the $84 price already.
