Refund & Returns Policy
Brassrange makes one shirt, and we want it to be the right shirt for you. If it isn't, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it — washed or unwashed, worn or unworn.
What we accept
- Within 30 days, unworn: full refund to the original payment method, including any tags-on or never-laundered tees that simply don't fit.
- Within 60 days, washed and worn: full refund or free exchange if the shirt fails — hem opens, neck warps, color bleeds, seam splits, anything that isn't normal wear.
- Three-Color Sets: return one tee or the whole set. If you keep two, we refund the per-tee price ($28) on the returned one; if you return all three you get the full $84 back.
What we can't take back
- Tees that have been altered, dyed, cut or printed on after delivery
- Items returned after 60 days from delivery
- Items that smell of smoke, perfume or pet dander to a degree we can't launder out — we'll send these back at our cost rather than re-sell them
How to start a return
- Email support@magentaon.shop with your order number and a one-line reason (and a photo if a seam or color is the issue).
- We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid US return label and instructions.
- Drop the tee in any USPS or carrier-accepted mailer — the original recyclable Brassrange mailer works fine.
Refund timing
Once your return is scanned in transit, we issue the refund within 2 business days. Your bank or card network usually takes another 3–7 days to post it. Exchanges ship the same day we receive the return.
Damaged or wrong items
If the tee arrived damaged, mis-printed (we don't print, so this would be a vendor error on our end), or in the wrong color or size, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will reship at our cost — no return required for the original.
