Terms of Service

By placing an order with Brassrange (magentaon.shop) you agree to the terms below. They're plain on purpose — read them before you check out.

Products & descriptions

We sell one heavyweight cotton T-shirt and a long-sleeve cut from the same cloth. Specifications we publish — 240gsm combed long-staple cotton, side-seamed, twin-needle hemmed, garment-washed — are the specs we build to. Colors are described honestly, but on-screen rendering varies between monitors and phone displays, so the Bone you see on your laptop may read slightly warmer or cooler in your hand. That's not a defect; if it's not the color you wanted, our returns policy covers you.

Fit & sizing

Size fit is subjective. We publish a measurement chart (chest, length, sleeve, shoulder) in inches and centimeters, and we recommend measuring a shirt you already love rather than guessing from a generic size. Returns and exchanges are accepted in unworn or worn-and-laundered condition within the 60-day window — see the Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Care

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
Tumble dry low or hang dry — high heat shortens the life of any cotton crew
Iron on the reverse if needed; no bleach

Garment-washed cotton is dimensionally stable but not immune to abuse. Hot wash plus hot dry plus a wet sleeve full of mud, repeated, will eventually win. Follow the care label and the tee will hold its shape for years; ignore it and we can't guarantee the fit you started with.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax and (for international orders) import duties. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships; if a correction materially changes your total, we'll email you first and refund in full if you'd rather cancel.

Intellectual property

The Brassrange name, the wordmark, product photography and all site copy are © Brassrange. You're welcome to share product photos with credit; please don't reuse our copy or imagery for resale or for AI training datasets without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Brassrange is liable for the price of the product and reasonable shipping costs in the event of a defect or fulfillment error. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
